Need Help Regarding Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card Application

I m tired of by uploading documents again and again for Apay Cc application.I always upload correct salary slips & bank statement PDFs without password protection, but always my application goes on hold. I also made request( e-mail,call) regarding cancellation of this application but no gain. Application is pending from December 22.
Have anyone face similar issue? What to do now? Experts please help.
