Need help regarding Closed Accounts in Credit Reports

Hi All, I need urgent help:

I had these 3 services and loans:
1. Amazon Pay Later (2 loans under the names CapitalFloat (later renamed to Axio) and Karur Vysya)
2. Slice Card (2 loans under the names Quadrillion Finance and DMI FINANCE)

I decided to close them on:
1. Amazon Pay Later (18th July 2022)
2. Slice Card (15th July 2022)

But as of Today (5th Jan 2023):
1. Amazon Pay- CAPFloat acc. is closed acc. to both Experian and CIBIL ; Karur Vysya acc. is not closed acc. to both Experian and CIBIL
2. Slice Card- DMIFIN account is closed acc. to Experian but not closed acc. to CIBIL; QUADFIN is closed in both Experian and CIBIL

The CIBIL report was last updated on 10th Dec via SBI Loan website and the Experian report was last updated on 5th Jan via CRED.

Can you help as to how can I get all the accounts closed in Experian and CIBIL reports?

Let the lenders know that loans are still active in credit reports hence they may help to resolve this issue.

I recently closed my Amazon Pay Later by directly contacting Axio, but in the CIBIL report, only Capital Float one is marked as "Closed", while the Karur Vyasa one is still active.

Can you please let me know:
1. Did you get your Amazon Pay Later account closed by contacting Amazon directly or by contacting Axio?

2. Whether the Karur Vyasa entry has been removed from your CIBIL report or not now?

yes, both axio and karur vyavsya closed within a month or so. i contacted axio on 17th August via whatsapp...

What do you mean? I asked, whether both the loan accounts from CapFloat and Karur Vyasa Bank have been marked as "Closed" or not from the CIBIL? Can you check your CIBIL report and confirm?

Check next month. It'll be closed. Also how did you contacted them (axio or Amazon?).

I contacted Axio directly on WhatsApp. They closed it within 24 hours, and issued a No Dues certificate also in my email.
