Hii, so recently i had a Amazon pay later account. I cleared it's dues last year but it still showed unpaid. After 1 year of argument with capfloat (Amazon pay later partner) they finally admitted their wrong doing and marked it as close. But my credit score took severe hits bcoz of this. What should I do to get it removed from my credit score.?
