need help with application status of icici platinum card

i applied icici platinum credit card on feb 8th its more than 21 days still application status shows in progress,
vkyc done physical verification of office also verified, all documentation also verified and application completed
but waiting for sanction credit card i have no relationship with icici bank
i have 2 year credit history also have sbi card, axis cards

Email them and ask the reason why they put your application on hold? BTW I also applied for my brother on 27 feb -25 appliaction is on same status let see what happan next?
