Need Rupay Credit Card against FD without New Savings Account

I want to apply for rupay credit card against Fixed Deposit (50K to 1L) but don't want to open account in any other bank (using IDFC 10k account, closed wow 3 months back, No cc offer till now). So which other banks offers rupay cc against FD without saving A/c requirement. I have two unsecured cc RBL with 90k limit 4 months old and Axis Flipkart with 19k (new) but don't have income proof so want to apply against FD. CIBIL - 771.

Try for Federal rupay cc (they will offer you without FD)
