Need solution Regarding BOB credit card application

Facing this issue while applying new card old card closed 1.5 years ago any solution?

Thanks. So it seems LTF offer is valid only till premier card. I was looking to get one rupay card for accessing dedicated rupay lounges so though to check with you if eterna is LTF as of now. I guess premier can also do the job with 1 lounge access/quarter.

Since i stay for rent, i have only my WiFi bill to show as proof of residence. But they rejected it saying wifi bills cannot be accepted as residence proof. I have used the same for HDFC and AU. Sigh!

Any of BOB cards still under LTF offer? I really want Snapdeal card but i heard usually we dont get it on LTF so any other BOB LTF card will suffice for me.
In BOB website it doesn't show any card as LTF right now.
Not sure if offer is over by now.
And I keep getting the following error while applying for the same. Though my email pan and mobile number is absolutely correct and i dont have any existing relationship with BOB

I applied earlier this week, and was showed easy, select and premier cards as LTF. They are not shown LTF on the main page, but during application based on our profile BOB offers cards as LTF.

So my card got approved today for Eterna Rupay

They came back asking some documents on 29th Oct again... I sent them on 4th Nov as I was travelling. Someone came for home / office verification on 6th Nov... Got a call from BoB customer care to verify application once more on phone on 8th Nov and today 19th Nov application got approved. No VKYC

But a lot has happened in between - devaluation around lounge spend criteria. Now thinking again whether I should activate the card or not

I got right away connected to the agent. Some get in a few minutes, some in hours, while some in days, but you will get for sure. Bob also pulls up CKYC data, in that case, people have reported to this forum, that they got physical verification. It's BOB, and it works in its own way. Mine was approved in 3 weeks, only vkyc.
