[ Need Suggestion ] Card has been stuck on same location

So i requested a rupay debit card from IOB bank and it was approved on 11th, on 13th they booked the parcel from BNPL speed post Anna road 600004, since then there has been no update so far about the card and it has been at the same location since then, i even raised a complaint regarding the same at the india post but it doesnt seem to affect them, what are my options from here ?
