Need suggestion for C2C card based on DC Black Metal.

I have a DC black metal from HDFC and Axis Atlas. What premium card can I get on a C2C basis using the DC metal? I am looking for a card where the annual fee is offset (almost) by renewal bonus. Also what banks issue C2C cards?

Any suggestions will be welcome 😀

Most of the banks accepts card to card process for card application.
