Need Suggestions of Credit Card for 3rd Party Electricity Bill Payment

Hi All

I am aware that there are multiple ways to pay Electricity bill via Apay or Airtel Axis etc.
But I am in a unique situation where our society electricity bill can be paid via 3rd Party App Xenius Sems. The App only supports two payment gateways Zaakpay and HDFC.


HDFC gateway supports DCB card which I have, but the transaction charges are 2% + GST which brings the overall return to approx 1% via DCB CC.


Zaakpay though has a transaction charge of only 0.79% but supports Rupay and Visa.


Now the question is that is there any good CC in the Rupay or Visa network which can provide me better rewards on the Zaakpay gateway than the approx 1% return I am getting via DCB on the HDFC portal.

Note: I am holding cards such as Apay ICICI, Tata Neu Infinity, HSBC cashback, SBI cashback, Airtel Axis etc but seems like they will be of no use.

I have checked the MCC of both via IDFC CC. MCC is 4900 for both payment gateways.
Please let me know whether any credit card would provide net positive return for 4900 MCC apart from DCB. Or whether any Debit card would provide better returns as the HDFC gateway has 0% mdr for debit cards?
