Need Tataneu infinity LTF offer screenshot

Got Tataneu Infinity from the tataneu app on the month of Oct. The tataneu app showed FYF however as we all know main HDFC website shows LTF under festival offers.

Now, the card is delivered and I emailed the CC asking them to check if its LTF for not since the website showed LTF under festival offers.

CC has now asked for communication where It was mentioned LTF.

Does anyone have Tataneu app's LTF offer screenshot which I can share with them ? Not sure if this works or not but might aswell send the screenshot and ask based upon that.

Nowadays they know if the image is stolen or modified and are denying card status change if you are the not the original holder of the screenshots. This trick would work a year back, but now you have to be extremely careful.

Absolutely.. no harm in trying!!👍👍

And remember you are fighting against HDFC which itself is worst in their T&C.

There's a user here, don't remember his name, has bobby deol in dp
He used someone else's swiggy app screenshot to try and get his card LTF,
HDFC closed his Swiggy card and his LTF Regalia card as well

I'm sure this was a rare action but be cautious

You can do it if you're negotiating well, I did converted my paid Swiggy HDFC card to LTF few months back and that screenshot had TF logo in it 🤣

Customerservice.cards rejected it first then I escalated that to Priority Redressal and they converted my paid card to LTF 😆

No harm in fighting at the right time.

Don't be careless.... they may block all of your HDFC cards.
