Need two wheeler suggestions (Petrol/EV)

This is my history:
I'm holding Honda Active first version and still going good. No regrets on it so far. Its been 15years and my RC got expired and don't want to renew it further.
So wanted to take new scooter.

My requirement:
Mainly for commuting within my area. Mostly 10/15kms (or less than this) daily. But my area has couple of hills/downs where i commute frequently.
Occasionally i go to office on my scooter which is 12kms away.
My wife also learning to drive and she also can use it in future.
I have a kid of 5yr old and usually we all go along frequently within my area or sometimes for malls/movie theaters etc. So pillion comfort is important.
I'm okay not to have smart features. Planning to use it for long like 10/15years once bought.
Build quality must be above average or good. Metal body preferable but fiber also okay if its good.

I'm in dilemma to choose EV or Petrol scooters. Suggest me on this which is best according to my usage.

Petrol Scooters explored:
Suzuki Access 125
TVS Jupiter 125
TVS Jupiter ZX
Honda Activa 125

EV scooters explored:
Ather Rizta
TVS IQUBE ST
Bajaj Chetak Premium/Urbane

EV bikes are rocket pricing. I'm not sure how much i can utilize of them. My budget is ~1.2L on-road price.

Note: Please reply in english for better undstanding.

@skal941 bhai, what did you buy finally?
So,
I have a mostly similar usage pattern, daily use will be usually 8-12km or less (just for nearby shops, groceries etc)
Occasionally go to office with round trip of 25km.
After learning about EVs, am now leaning towards ICE engines.
I feel EVs (more importantly their infra & service & parts) need to mature a lot.

Opinions:
My father has used Activa for almost 15 years, so looking at Activa again.
(Personal bias - I don't want TVS things.)
Activa/ Access are options I feel are good.

Needs:
Comfort should be good, as it will also be driven by my father (60+ age). Good mileage is preferable but not main criteria.
Looks are irrelevant.

Take Access , but the dealer should be good . In my family there are 4+ access vehicles, we got the first version of access , which is the best in terms of pickup , long drives and standard . As it’s Japan Technology . It is great .

I haven't bought anything yet brother. I'm still in dilemma to take EV (as its trending topic now) or Petrol. But if i take petrol, im inclined towards suzuki access 125 than others. For EV, i'm looking on River Indie (which i liked very much than others when i took test drive).

Both options are good in its category

Jupiter is generally better based on online reviews. My friend also got it and seems like a good scooter.
I definitely don't recommend an EV with that mileage. God knows how bad the QC and after sales is. Let the initial batch of beta testing etc. pass away and let the market settle. Then EVs will be a good idea.
Right now charging infrastructure is poor, it will severely restrict where you can go.
