NEED UPGRADE RBL CARD

I have been using RBL BANK BAZAAR savemax credit card from very long
This card is literally of no use and nothing
I want to close this card

How do I get better upgrade from RBL ?
How to do it manually?

Is there any chance to get RBL ICON as LTF or safari as LTF
Suggest some useful card from RBL
Mostly shopping,travel and movies etc

Tried for RBL BOOKMYSHOW but rejected

I am trying to get but bank does not tell the clear reason they have not fear of RBI I am not able to get what I do so the banks tell why they declined
