Needed suggestion for debit card with 0 forex (except neobanks)

Hi,

Im currently searching for a Debit card which offers 0 forex charges (like fi/jupiter cards) but i dont trust neobanks, so looking for a traditional bank that offers 0 forex. I am willing to maintain whatever minimum balance applicable.

Almost all SBI Saving/salary account eligible for sbi RuPay jcb Platinum dc, tell them card code - "RPJ"

Note - some sbi account required minimum 50k average balance for sbi RuPay jcb Platinum dc.
