Only reason I want something like this to succeed is because iPhone still doesn't have Tap & Pay.

Ignore it and go for idfc first tap. It will provide the same benefits and amazon rupay platinum offer as well.

I think neo tag is better because it is also a ncmc card which IDFC tag isn't. Tbh, that is a big win for neo tag, for now atleast.

But from price point of view, not worth it. I mean it's already ₹699..

Got the Tag. I was expecting some miniature card, but it's more like a sticker.



Additionally, I received the following info from them.

Adding money to your wallet with a credit card will incur an additional 1.82% as a payment gateway charge. However, adding funds using a debit card or UPI is free.

So basically from cc rewards perspective rather than use this, it's better to use a card direct at stores.

I will keep this just for convenience or for times when I have forgotten my purse.

Had just tested out loading from SBI CB cc, which treats it as "Utilities & Services" and hence no rewards.

Ok but sometimes we get cashback on "Utilities & Services" categories too because business categories transaction also showing under Utilities & Services".

Didn't receive cashback bro. I had tested adding on 29th Aug and had checked cashback pre and post that few days latter.

Also, no need for neozap tag to use the app. You will get a rupay prepaid card in the app backed by their wallet. No charges whatsover.
Please take your time to test out.
