NeuCoins - What are the best ways to use them?

I have about 3000 tata neaucoins. I was wondering what are the best ways to utilize them?

Buy any item on Tata Neu and select pay by neucoins. I had 3800 wanted shoes so bought Adidas shoes via Tata Cliq inside Tata Neu and paid entirely using Neucoins

Do neu coins expire?

Yes they do if its Neucoins got from making purchases they have 1yr expiry if its the bonus coins you got during the IPL I think they have 6 months expiry (For me expiry date showed 6 months) check yours

The Neu Coins earned through promotional offers expire within a given period that can vary. For the Neu Coins earned on regular spends, each time you earn or spend Neu Coins, your validity extend by a year. That is if you have 500 Neu Coins now that you earned 2 months ago, and do a shopping of 100 today, your entire Neu Coins would be valid for a year from now.

For the Neu Coins earned on regular spends, each time you earn or spend Neu Coins, your validity extend by a year. That is if you have 500 Neu Coins now that you earned 2 months ago, and do a shopping of 100 today, your entire Neu Coins would be valid for a year from now.

That is not true I thought the same but in my expirIng coins section all had different different dates with 1 year expiry for each. Just checked yesterday and redeemed it for that reason

That is not true I thought the same but in my expirIng coins section all had different different dates with 1 year expiry for each. Just checked yesterday and redeemed it for that reason

Just Verified it on my Tata Neu app today. Earlier, I had some 600 Neu Coins set to expire on 09/07/2024. Did a transaction on 15th July and didn't use any of the available Neu Coins. And when I checked today, I have Neu Coins, 600+ what I earnerd on 15th, set to expire on 15/07/2024.
Again, doesn't work with promotional coins, but seems to be working with coins earned on regular transactions. Would be great if someone else could also check and verify.

It may work for regular coins. But you wouldn't get extension on promo coins. It has happened with me couple of times.

Yeah best is bb. I have noticed reduced delivery charges sometimes. Instead of 25, something like 7 or 9 for snacks.
