I think this is rebrand Citi bank Paytm card to Axis bank Paytm card.

Reward points will be upto 15 Edge Reward Points on every Rs.100 spent on Paytm Platform.

Maybe 15 Edge Reward Points on all spending done on Paytm Mall or something.
