Found a better way to buy the gift cards. Use zingoy.com.
You can buy 10 gift card of 750 rs each, so 7500 at once. Not sure of MCC but, site and merchant name is available in SBI Cashback Card merchant excel file shared in the community.
Also I remember that there is 10000rs per month limit for gift card purchase after that we have to do KYC
