New RuPay card Wallet Launched - Free Credit card/Amex card to bank:

Google Play store link -

Note - Only Latest version app v9.0.1 or above get card option (Google play store) but some people told they got old version 8.1.8 (card option not available on this old version app).

First signup with your Mobile number and email id.

After login, go to here 3 dots, bottom right cornor -

Now go to "Payment method" -

Go to "Fortum charge & Drive Card" and complete mini kyc with any documents like i complete mini kyc with my Voter ID number.

After mini kyc complete, you need to go to "Card details & Limit Settings" -

Take a screenshot of your Virtual RuPay card number and also set your Ecom limit to Rs10,000 -

Now main trick is here -

Credit card loading is Free. Go back to "Add money" option and add through your credit card.

now use your "Fortum charge & Drive Card (RuPay card)" to Paytm wallet Load via Uber app.

Note - Your RuPay prepaid card detect as debit card and you can load upto 2 lakhs in your Paytm wallet via Uber app (if you use multiple "Fortum charge & Drive Card").

Here i already used full Rs10,000 on Paytm wallet load via Uber -

Note - first time i recommended Try with Rs1 or Rs100.

Guys, today I loaded my Fortum card and thought to use on UPPCL website to pay my electricity bill to get 5% cb this way... I entered the fortum card detail on UPPCL website and money got deducted from my Fortum wallet but electricity bill couldn't succeeded. The bill was not successful while money gone from Fortum card....how to get the money back to Fortum?

You will get refund within 2 weeks but remember some electricity bill official website will received your failed payment amount after few days and your electricity bill will update.

@Abhishek012 any other route to transfer it to bank account...

Bajaj wallet is best option, if you have full kyc + Bajaj wallet UPI activated account (Use bajaj old app for free loading).

2nd option, airtel mini kyc account. use your fortum card on airtel net banking page 9k monthly limit.

I installed bajaj finserv app and upi created but when I tried to click on wallet, it is just rotating but nothing getting changed. Any issue with the app now

Bajaj wallet is not offering UPI option. Old app is not available. APK files are too dangerous to download for a couple of rupees.
For me Airtel route is still better.
