New trick - CC to CC bill payment

even though cc bill option is removed, we can go to manage payments and add new card, pay bill. i am able to pay bill and got the rewards with IDFC rupay

yes bank tagged as business spends, no extra charge added in final bill generation.

Sbi also didnt charge me for over 50K payment in simply save
