No bonus points in Tataneu Infinity stmt

Received TN Infinity stmt today. The separate segment showing base coin and bonus coin is gone. No bonus point calculated for 1mg (via TN) and gift card (via TN). Only base coins showing as accrued coins for the month.
Anyone else faced this issue? Has they discontinued the 5% benefits?

When was spend for 1mg and gift card? And what is statement date?

If spend was this month and statement date is this month, you will get bonus neocoins in next month.

stmt dt is 1st Dec. spends were all in Nov. I have the card since Mar 2023. Till last month, all stmts indicated both base coins and bonus coins in same stmt.

I also got only 1.5% reward points. Not sure why.

3.5% bonus points are credited in the next month, it's clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions

3.5% Additional NeuCoins earned will be computed based on transactions settled during the month (1st to
30/31st of the month) period minus any returns or refunds during the same period and will be posted to the
account within 3 days of next month. For example, the 3.5% Additional NeuCoins for the transactions settled
during the period 1-Nov to 30-Nov, will be posted by 3-Dec.

Update: recv following sms today
"Dear , your Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card statement dated 1st Dec'25 did not include the addn. 3.5% NeuCoins on eligible Tata partner spends. These will reflect in your 1st Jan'26 statement and be credited by 10th Jan'26."
