I have made a transaction of 2285 rupees using Sbi Cashback card on Apollo 247 app but i haven't got any cashback. I have emailed in sbi card app but they declined my request. is there anything i can do about it?

Do read and understand better of MCC and its importance.?

Then,

1. Call or message customer care and ask for MCC.
2. Check whether that mcc is eligible for cashback or not (refer. product page).
3. If eligible, escalate and get cashback.
