Guys for HDFC i learnt it hard way. Purchased Samsung fridge from Samsung website with 12M NCE and after cancelling the EMI i was charged Processing fees + 1300 Rs foreclosure charges. EMI was cancelled within 24hrs of conversion and its been more than a month no charges reversed.

I have sent an email to crm@bobcard.go.in 2 days ago for cancellation of EMI but not received any reply, may be I need to wait for 5 working days. On call customer care executive told that there will be 3% of charges. Any workaround to get faster resolution?

I m getting around 5000 discount

Even if they charge 3% foreclosure+ processing + gst it would be a profit of around 1500-2000

Right?

I asked them to send payment link for online transaction
And they did it via paytm machine

And that page was showing you will be charged 82757
I was expecting OTP of 77499 instead of 82757.

Earlier when I used NO cost EMI facility from Amazon. I was charged the amount without interest. But today it wasn't the same case
