No credits to axis in 6 hours. Does it take longer when we pay via bill desk?

Recently paid 40k for Axis card via bill desk https://pgi.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgmerc/axiscard/axis_card.jsp been 6 hours no sms or mail and in app still showing same limit. Anyone faced such issue?

It works for me. Though you can pay via other modes too if you dont have axis account
