No FederalBank CC for Onecard holders

I had a selfie account with Federal Bank and already had a Onecard CC. I was trying to apply a credit card from FedMobile. After entering the relevant details, it shows up that I already have a credit card (though it didn't explicitly mention onecard) and hence no card can be offered.
Have others also faced the same?

I was primarily looking to get a Federal Bank CC for merchant offers where they explicitly exlude their partner cards (scapia, jupiter, onecard).

Close onecard and apply federal after few months. That's the only way for now
