No option to save card

I have noticed that Flipkart amazon and myntra don't have option to save card before using rs 1 or rs2 transaction. Omly swiggy and Zomato have this.
Does anyone know why this option is being removed.

according to rbi, card details should not be saved.

basically flipkart servers are from singapore

currently amazon using payu to save cards, flipkart also same

amzn, flip, r not interested t develop saving cards feature, saving cards also costs
