No points on paying rent from Payzapp through RedGirraffe on DCB

I had paid this month's rent through RedGirraffe from the new Payzapp app using DCB and when I received the bill yesterday I could see that no points were awarded for the transaction. Am I doing something wrong or is there a specific process to do it to get the points for it?

Did you get any points for Insurance in the statement? They are listed separately.

No. For RG, points come separately.

In the statement, there will be a table. Will list bonus, grocery, insurance etc.

Look there.

today i registered on Redgirrage , i selected card bank as HDFC instead of payzapp ,
but still i can pay via payzapp using hdfc card right ?
and do i need to give any documents for rent less than 20K?

if registration is approved then no docs
yes you can pay with any option regardless of selection at registration

May i know approximately how many days it will take to approve? .
I given 12k as rent.
Same given to my office HRA also , planning to use same receipt as proof while they ask rent receipt.
But I don't have any docs like rental agreement.

2 working days once payment is received by RG. And from PZ to RG, it can be upto 1 working day.

So 3 working days.
