despite our best efforts to save and grow our money, all of it will be futile if upon unfortunate death, the investments get stuck and cannot be used by our loved ones.
as suggested by @thanixravindran, starting this thread to understand how nomination works for fd, savings Bank account, fd, stocks, bonds, MFs, pf, NPS, etc. i got to know that nominee is only a 'trustee' and not necessarily the end benefactor.
also exploring digital will services or even normal will services if anyone has already done that, so that the money reaches the right and intended hands after death.
