Not able to access complimentary international lounge via the dreamfolks card which came with my icici sapphiro dual credit card

Hi.
I have not been able to access complimentary international lounge via dreamfolks card which came with my icici sapphiro dual credit card.

When i registered my sapphiro card in dreamfolks site it only showed domestic lounge but no international lounge access.
I have spent more than 5000 in last 3 months combined in my sapphiro dual card.

it will be sent in a separate mail. After receving you can request for PIN via PH: 1800-1234-109 or Mail: helpdesk@dreamfolks.in. just ask/write for PIN stating ur 16digit DF-card number within 2hr u will receive PIN. Then u can add it to ur account.

Yeah…. Just got the dispatch sms from them…

Have you tried like this? Sorry to ask because today i called customer care and they told me that 5k spend criteria applies to International lounge access as well. I know sometimes they act weirdly but want to know here your experience

I had applied for sapphiro LTF using the alumni program.

Recently used the DREAMFOLKS card at Krabi and Bangkok International Airport and worked like a charm at both the places.

Like mentioned above, you have to call DF customer care, get pin from them, use the DF card on DF app. That's it.

But I hav one doubt. Please help me out.
I used my card for myself and my friend at Krabi Airport and only 1 complimentary lounge was allowed. Now, for the chargeable entry, it shows 27USD for the one extra entry by my friend using my dreamfolks. Now I can't find that 27usd cost anywhere in my bank statement, credit card statement. I don't know how do I take money from my friend for his chargeable entry of bank itself doesn't show me the same amount deducted from my bank/credit card. Only on DF app it shows 27usd. Its already been 3 months. Shall I condiser myself the luckiest person on earth and consider that my friend got this chargeable entry for free? Coz i can no way track the 27usd charge anywhere apart from DF app.

Am I missing something here?

i haven't used yet, but there are many post here saying 5k criteria is only for domestic and non for international.

I used it at Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) airport while going to Krabi which means it was domestic airport for Thailand and also used it at Bangkok airport (Suvarnabhumi ) while travelling back to India which means it wa international terminal. But it doesn't matter whether in thailand I am accessing lounge at their domestic or international Terminal because ultimately they are all international lounges outside of india.
That's why at both the instances I used my dreamfolks card which I got with sapphiro. Easy! No spend criteria is needed. Just go and enjoy.

At bangkok airport I used it at plaza premium first class lounge which was crazzyy.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I was asking about Krabi because I found on priority pass app that there is no lounge at domestic terminal.

Not sure about that. I used dreamfolks actually.

Also by mistake I mentioned that I used it at Krabi airport. But i think dreamfolks exists at Krabi also.

For domestic lounge access, do we need to spend Rs 5000 per card for both MAstercard and Amex? Or total Rs 5000 on any one card is eligible

I recently used the ICICI Dreamfolks card for my wife (she has Sapphiro CC) at SATS Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport T2. It worked seamlessly. And I used my HDFC DCB which worked seamlessly too.

Can we use the DF QR generated in the app for international lounge for guests instead of use by self? Is there a name match thing if using the QR?

It can be. When I visited Bangkok Miracle First class lounge, they wanted QR. I had phsycial card so I still went ahead and gave my card. But yeah it's subjective and may not work everywhere. I personally always carry DF physical card everywhere international.

Also, I too want to know if our own qr can be used by someone else at international lounge. This part is still pending to be tested by me.

I am talking about this website. It's not possible to generate qr codes for lounges outside India from this site, let alone using it.

Standalone dreamfolks membership is different and that can be used for international access.

From 1st Oct’24 it starts new quarter and hence you have full 6 lounges available
