Not able to fetch cibil report

First time i ever checked my cibil score using hdfc bank. I created account using hdfc bank cibil link. But now when i am trying to login on official Website it is saying problem with email or password so i tried to reset username. Entered OTP and all still i didn't recieved any username. So i tried to make new account with same details on cibil official Website. And my account got created but whenever I am login into my account it is asking me to pay🥲. I raised some dispute now i trying to check the update i got the message please check your updates on Cibil portal. But i am not able to login🥲🥲

When you are trying to create an account with CIBIL, just below the plans for premium, there's a link that says something along the lines of "No, thanks fetch my free report". That'll also take you to the sign-up page and you can create an account there.

I have no idea how it let you create an account without any payment processed, in case you didn't create using the above fashion.

No there is no option for free report i checked it🥲🥲

You can contact Cibil team in twitter. They do respond quickly and provide the correct update. Mention your dispute ID.
Their username is @Cibil_official .Hope it helps.

I will tell what the problem is..
U have created username and password by going through hdfc site as u said, but ur trying to login using cibil official website 🤣🤣🤣
