I have all bank credit cards but I am always get rejected from SBI and ICICI. According to SBI there is block due applying many times. ICICI don't give any exact reason.
For ICICI, Try Amazon ICICI they are getting approved easily. If that also not working, then opening a Savings Account seems the easiest solution. They generally give pre-approved offers very easily if good amount of funds is maintained.
Same goes for SBI, many times they just give pre-approved CC to Savings Account holders.

I tried amazon ICICI also rejcted multiple times and I already have ICICI saving account since 5-6 years. I think the problem is i took FD based card in the starting since then no pre approved offer etc and now i cancelled the fd based card but still no luck

Try the same savings account trick OR with direct agent. You will find many on the Airport, Metros, Malls, etc. They have kinda superpower to tweak the application and get the approval 😂

😟
Give it some rest, they will do hard CIBIL enquiry on each application I guess.
Had similar experience with a friend, but her got surprisingly approved after getting a call from the branch after the rejection. Make sure you don't miss any call from the branch/customer care now.
They will help you to complete the process on call.
