I was trying to apply for sbi cashback card but it got rejected due to internal policy, I think the main reason ll be i already have 3 cards. 1. sig elite 2. bpcl octane 3. simply click (with a split limit from sig elite)
so i raised a request to close simply click by call to customer care and received a msg immediately that card got deactivated but its been 5 days its still showing in my app.
i want to know how i can get back my split amount back in elite card and how can get the cashback card.
N.b- my current highest limit is more than 7L with magnus. but in sbi its 1L
