How to get SBI cashback card as LTF

I got this message when I requested SBI to make my cashback as LTF via email.

SBI CARD: We wish tom inform you that as per our record As you are a valued customer with SBI Card, we wish to inform you that your SBI Card ending with xx84 is being made absolutely free for life.

I got content from another post (thanks to OP). I dont have the link. But, i have the content like this. I made changes to this based on my spend and other details.

I have sent an email but they rejected for LTF conversion

It was 10K, then transfered 150k from BPCL in Dec when everyone was trasnferreing credit limit.

Then transfered another 40k from BPCL last week so now 200K so i dont need to prepay bill for max cashback.

ha bhai someone said that only upto 15k is allowed by amazon gift card balance for payment of bills. Same limit is for credit card, but this month i was able to pay 15300 something electricity bill using millenia cc.

I am asking about first adding the amount via gift card to amazon pay balance and then using that to pay, I think you paying 15300 via cc is a different thing altogether

according to amazon pay rules, 15000 se above ka bill payment regardless of mode of payment, only UPI se hi hoga.
