Not able to make purchase using hdfc netbanking. help(URGENT)

Anyone please help me out its urgent.

i want to buy i laptop on flipkart with payment method hdfc netbanking value 66000 approx(getting discount on netbnking txn thats the reason of this payment method). but it is declining again and again it say not able to comple trxn due to security.

i recieved call from trxn monitoring of hdfc bank so i confirmed the same that i am doing the txn.he told me i will able to do ater 20 min but it is more than 24hrs it still declines.
but small amount txns are happening.
for your info netbanking trxn limit is set at max.

now please help me what to do

Did you got any sms , check reason of decline. Check if online transaction is enabled. Check limits again which you already checked. Lastly call cc or raise issue over X or mail.

call customer care. they will explain exact reason. noone here will now for sure

Try to use HDFC debit card, in case netbanking is having some issue
