Not able to Pay credit card bill using indusind exclusive debit card

Tried paying my credit card bill in paytm via indusind exclusive debit crad , transaction is getting failed stating user declined transaction / user not completed transaction after entering otp.

Please help me with this

Indusind Exclusive signature visa card only na you are using

Yes. Exclusive Signature & Platinum both. Got points for both till this month.. Will update if I get for Jan ..
