Not able to redeem HDFC debit card points

Hi,

Recently I am not able to redeem the points collected by doing credit card payments using HDFC easyshop platinum debit card.

Tried on both app and NetBanking, but it throws an error. Anybody else facing the same issue?

Wait for some days.
2 month earlier same incident occurred.
It was corrected after 20 days.

So wait for some time/ days
