Unable to Redeem HDFC platinum dc reward points!

Last june i faced same issue and now also facing same issue . When i sent out a mail last time i got below response and it seems like some reward expiry job was running and hence couldn’t redeem but after somedays it got resolved . This time also should be the same so you would be able to redeem it in day/days.

after how many days of redemption, the points are credited in savings account?

Yesterday, I redeemed 250 points out of 390 points as HDFC was giving error it has to be multiple of 250 points only.

Usually it is quick, next day credit in account
