Not approving credit card after delivery of it.

Recently I have applied Tata Neu Plus credit card in TATA NEU app and i received the card. But later when I try to do transaction with it the payment got declined. So when I contacted the HDFC Bank they said the card was accidentally sent to you as you already have an HDFC money back plus credit card you cannot have this credit card so this card was blocked for that reason. I don't know why this bank first approved my application and sent me this card and then again blocking it after its delivery. What a nonsense is happening.

I doubt that, people here give their mail access to cred and cheq for Rs 10 cashback. They just have to start doing some Flipkart amazon offers and people will start using their cards again. Sad reality.
