Not getting 1% NeuCoins on Tata Neu Plus Rupay credit card

I recently got the Tata Neu Plus card and shifted all my UPI spends to the card, and got the statement and I am not getting any coins for any of my UPI transactions

I'm using Google Pay for all my transactions, not sure what's happening here, pls help

Did you check the bonus rewards section under this statement transaction table seperately

For UPI txns, neu Coins are credited on Calender Month basis.

Since you did UPI txns in Dec, Points will reflect in next month Statement

Did you check the bonus rewards section under this statement transaction table seperately

yeah, it just mentions the sum of all the coins mentioned in the statement only
