Not getting accelerated reward points or Fuel surchage waiver on BOB energie HPCL Card!

I gave this card to my dad and he have been using this card for about 3-4 months now. (He pays through swipe and not UPI) Except for the first transaction which fetched the fuel surchage waiver and the 24 points/150rs. Any subsequent transactions are not fetching either even though the petrol pump is the exact same. It even shows up on the HPCL website.


I tried calling customer care. They listen to the issue and then cut the call on your face. I mailed them and all I keep getting is the same message, "Accelerated reward points would be credited within 7 days manually" but it's been months.

What can I do?

You have to followup on the email after 7 days. HP petrol pumps have designated POS machines (DriveTrack Plus), if you use your card in those, accelerated points will be automatically credited. Else, you have to followup over email.

I've always got pending points after email escalation.

Got it man! They said to wait till next statement generation date and the reward points will be credited. Will update then!
