Not getting cashback on HDFC Platinum debit Card

Hi,

In the past 2 months I have used my HDFC platinum debit card to pay credit card bill payment on Mobikwik and postpe.

But it shows 0 reward points.

I thought utility payments gave RP's on this card.

Can somebody help. Thanks.

Even for me no points have been rewarded for March transactions till now. Until February I did receive the points over mobikwik card payments.

On 7th march I did 4 transactions worth 49K on Mobikwik and 490 rupees bill payment using HDFC bill pay method. Neither Mobikwik transactions got me the points, nor HDFC bill payment. And when I try to reedem my existing points, I get attached error.

Such errors are common with HDFC, keep trying at later time, it works.
Also, for transaction done on BillPay, you should wait at max 5 days to see cashback points.

Hdfc will never give cash points within an hour. You must at least wait for a day

You will get it, don't worry. It took more than a week at the begining of last month as well.

I got my points today for the payment I had made on 3rd March. I have also made several payments after 3rd March and I believe those points will be credited on the respective 5th day. Moreover, I was unable to redeem the accumulated points for the last 5 days and today the portal worked in a single shot. Looks like there was some issue at HDFC's end, perhaps.

My payments are mostly made on mobikwik, FYI

Edit: got the points for 4th March payments as well. I believe the 1 day wait period should restore back to normal now. There's no specific time when HDFC refreshes our points. Do not waste time checking for the credit around 12AM. The points could get credited anytime during the day.

Has Mobikwik changed the MCC? Has anyone got RP for HDFC credit card payment using this method?

Hello guys, I used to get 1% cashback on HDFC platinum debit card to make cr card payment via mobikwik & it used to get credited within 2 days however it seems now HDFC isn't giving that 1% cashback anymore while paying thru mobikwik. Anyone else facing same issues? Any other alternative...
