Not getting "cashback on last transaction" SMS Axis Ace credit card

Got my axis ace cc 10 days back, performed several transactions on GPay, amazon, PayTM etc. Did not receive any sms stating that your last transaction is eligible for 5% cashback. Talked to customer care, they said dont worry you will get cashback in statement. Any suggestion on what to do?

you will get cashback bro.. dont worry.. SMS does not means that is the final cashback you will be receiving

Last 2 days .... I think there is some issues ...... transaction was done on 3rd Nov ... SMS was received on the 4th .....
