Not getting statement on email for IndusInd

My bill generation date is the 4th of every month and usually, the statement is generated and sent by email by the 6th or 7th sometimes. But this month I have not received any email at all, I just got an SMS with the amount due and min. due.

Is it just me or is anyone also facing this issue??

Getting in touch with customer care is useless, last time when I called when there was a delay in statement, the response was "if you know how much you need to pay why do you care for the statement", also very annoying to enter all the details and waiting for long time to sometimes not even connecting with executive.
