Not receiving OTP from cibil

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm trying to login to my account on cibil and it says OTP sent but I never get it. Same thing while trying to check through third party services as the OTP seems to be generated by cibil. Getting OTP and texts from others just fine.

Same happened with me then i had a long conversation from their support and they fixed it. but it took around 25 days because they are so slow.

I am having similar issue. I am unable to login so when i click on forgot username or forgot password, it says email sent but never received any email. I emailed them about the issue but not getting any reply. What is phone no to call?

same with me, for the last 3-4 months.
i get my cibil report from other apps now.

their OTP based 2FA system is really messed up
many times they logged me in without OTP
and in a very strange coincidence, in each of those cases, my credit scores dropped without any reason whatsoever
2 of them were big drops without reason, one of which got fixed over time, other I'm waiting patiently to get fixed over time

Contact their support and insist on the issue persisting. They will eventually fix it. It's a pain though.
