I have a BOI savings account with Rupay classic debit card. How to apply for rupay select debit card? Is there any online method or I need to visit the branch for that too?

When will reward points start showing? Did transactions about a week ago. But till now showing no reward points. BOI rewards portal also not opening. On login with registered number it is showing as invalid details.
Note - new user/new card, it will take 2-3 months to create your rewards account but dnt worry. All your pending rewards will credited.
Old user - Rewards usually arrive within 2–3 weeks or by the 10th of the next month, all the rewards from the previous month are credited.
How do you know it's RSDC?

New account/new card me jada big amount suddenly koi merchant pe declined karte hai.
small amount karo and 2-4 bank working days k baad big amount hone lagte hai.
Big amount me bhi under 50k easily ho jate hai, above 50k+ me thora aur time leta hai.

I got my card, everything was done offline, also PIN generation is from ATM Machine, no online method..... I am just hoping the gym benefits are quarterly. it will serve 2 purpose for me gym and the credit card bill payments, I haven't tried paying bills,

bob also have razorpay or billdesk website.
rbl bank also have razorpay or billdesk website.
dc option not available on hdfc billdesk cc website and ICICI billdesk website not available.
