It was similar case for me.
Account opened on 2nd nov. Until dec 5 I was not able to login into rewards account.
Then 0 points until today.. even I was shocked to see points credits and txn summary in boi rewardz app

If your Bank of India account is more than 1 month old and you still can’t log in to the BOI Star Rewardz account, then you need to email your details to: membersupport@boistarrewardz.com in the following format.

1. Account Holder Name

2. Date of Account Opening

3. Card Type

4. First 6 and Last 4 Digits of Your Card
