If your Bank of India account is more than 1 month old and you still can’t log in to the BOI Star Rewardz account, then you need to email your details to: membersupport@boistarrewardz.com in the following format.

1. Account Holder Name

2. Date of Account Opening

3. Card Type

4. First 6 and Last 4 Digits of Your Card

for RupaySelect, I was in the assumption any transaction under 5k Rs will fetch 1 RP per 100, 5001 to 10k Rs will fetch 1.5RP and above 10001 Rs it should be 3RP, however for transactions between 5-10k it's giving only 1RP and not 1.5RP

@Abhishek012 or anyone share how many points you got for transactions between 5001 to 10000, say for e.g. 7500 bill payment - is it 75pts or 112.5pts using Rupay Select DC, thanks!!

Done that already. Was given a timeline of 15 days. That has also passed on 10th December. Again took complain and given a 7 days time.
