Add money - Utility 4900 MCC Code (Note - you can also ask RBL customer care for 100% confirmation, just do Rs1 add money and ask RBL customer care)
Merchant name - EBIXCASH
Debit card charges - 0.85%+GST = 1% charge (charges deducted after add money) (Update - effectively 0% charges, if you use Ebixcash RuPay Wallet Card, get 1% cashback & Free bank transfer, read Ebixcash RuPay Wallet Card comment for full info).
Update - Now limit increase and load on ebixcash wallet 50k per transaction, you can load 2-3 lakhs or more on same day.
Use Ebixcash Wallet UPI and Free transfer to bank or pay Credit Card bill via any 3rd party app, like Paytm app choose Ebixcash Wallet UPI app and pay etc.
Which Debit Card to use ?
RBL Enterprise Debit Card - 5% upto Rs1000 cashback per month
HSBC Salary Debit Card - 5% cashback
HDFC Millennia Debit Card - 2.5% upto Rs400 cashback per month (but i am not recommended to use HDFC Millennia Debit Card because 1% loss here, better to use any other wallet add money and get 1% upto 400 cashback or HDFC Autopay cc bill pay trick).
Use Ebixcash Virtual RuPay prepaid card to FREE Payzapp full kyc wallet load and Free transfer to bank:
RBL Enterprise Debit Card/RBL Signature+ Debit card - Effectively 0% charges because 1% loading charges and 1% cashback.

New USER - First time register through ebixcash website (dnt use android app, you cant register through UPI app) and now go to profile and complete Vkyc. Once Vkyc approved now download ebixcash BHIM UPI app. Also note - load money through website only and use app only for Wallet UPI usages.

Important info - Dnt use saved card to load money, you will get error, everytime manually type your full card number and load money.
Note - first time wallet load and try Rs1, if successfully send through UPI then try big amount. My mini kyc account not working send money through UPI. Maybe because mini kyc account or another reason should be Ebixcash Wallet UPI is not fully live yet.

Check the status of kyc on ebixcash website. There it is mention why kyc rejected. Correct that and do kyc again. My kyc also rejected first time and in status it is mention to correct address as per adhar. After correcting address, kyc successful.
