Yes. Raised dispute with CC, they've given temporary credit. The issue requires 90 days for resolution. So no guarantee when it'll be refunded.
NOTE - SINCE IT'S KNOW THAT IT HAS FAILED, NEW PEOPLE, PLEASE DON'T CARRY OUT 50K TRANSACTION 😂😂

Refunded after 45 days. That too after complaint. Better avoid.
Can we not pay directly at NPS website using credit card?
this is horrible...I will avoid bbps payments for nps for few more months...may be next financial year

You can. But it comes with ~1% charge. In BBPS there is no such charge. But what's the point if it fails anyway in BBPS 😅

NPS has been newly launched in BBPS, and in a few months, it will start working smoothly.
On top of that, the Canara Bank Setu website has a issue with payment failures. Try checking in other BBPS apps.

NPS is listed only on Canara Setu. Checked on SBI Unipay ans JioFin, not there.

No point in using bbps for NPS payments if you use debit or UPI. It's free if you have d-remit through UPI anyway. Even on kfin site it tells me no charge for paying through debit card. I'm okay paying some charge for paying through credit card for bbps but this selective inclusion only on certain site amused me
