NSDL Jiffy account opening issue

I'm trying to open the NSDL Jiffy account, but for last 2-3 days, I've been getting this PAN error. Does anyone know any workaround?

If u don't mind, can I ask the reason/reasons to close this account? Is there any issue u r facing? Plz elaborate if possible...

And as far as I know u've to fill a physical form with proper details and mail the scanned copy to NSDL along with ur necessary KYC documents to permanently close ur NSDL account...

Generally speaking - no other charges for other normal operations.

For full KYC of NSDL Jiffy account, I've to submit the proper AADHAAR xml file, PAN details and a Selfie only or have to complete the VKYC process as usual like other full KYC accounts?

Instead of posting here, just go their website n go thru their FAQs. For authentic info n fail-proof reliable guidance.

I tried Opening NSDL jiffy for a family member and it no longer has option to upload XML Zip and the automated XML verification shows 'Error in Vault'

When I opened Jiffy, I had the option to manually upload Zip.

Anyone knows a solution

Facing same issue since last 2 days. Tried several times but same issue. Have emailed their CC and posted on twitter as well, but till now no response.

Until you get an update I will try to find an older version of the App to see if I get the option to upload Zip, will keep everyone posted

No man the old version App doesn't even open until you upgrade.

Do not open the account they will have very worst customer care service. Back end team will reply after 7 working days. They will have monthly rs.5.9 monthly charges. I have open the account and I'm suffering now.

Worst bank service and after 18 months you can close the account. If close noe rs.500 plus gst to pay. That's what theirs web site states.
