I have raised complaint to this email ID and I got this reply:

We would like to apprise you that if you cross Rs. 25,000 in spending on a credit card UPI for two months, you will receive the Amazon voucher worth Rs. 1,250/- (500 for the first month and 750 for the second month).

Please note: The voucher will be given in the below mentioned terms and conditions.

1. Rs. 500 voucher will be given to first 75000 customers.
2. Rs. 1250 voucher will be given to first 50,000 customers.
3. Rs. 2250 voucher will be given to first 25000 customers as per the spends criterion mentioned in offer details.

Hence, you have received the Amazon voucher of Rs. 1250/- (500 for first month and 750 for third month).

I had fulfilled the spend criteria for all the three months.
It is not given anywhere in the TnC regarding the "first X customers" thing. Can you guys help me to which email ID shall I escalate this?

Yes. Just cross-checked the UPI spends for the given monthly windows. All are >25k.
